Shariful Islam’s career began as an associate lawyer at a prominent law firm from 2007 where he quickly demonstrated his adeptness in handling complex legal problem solutions, patent and trademark cases. His exceptional ability to navigate the intricate landscape of intellectual property earned his a partnership position at his previous firm, where he led high-profile cases involving Cosmetic Industries, Food Industries, technology, pharmaceuticals, and creative industries.

In his current role at STENWELLIP, Shariful Islam oversees a dynamic team of IP attorneys and legal experts. He plays a critical role in shaping the firm's strategic direction, ensuring that clients receive cutting-edge legal advice tailored to their specific needs. Under her leadership, the firm has expanded its practice areas to include emerging fields such as artificial intelligence and biotechnology.
